Copper Mahogany is Noemi's mahogany shade, available here in a cream texture. Its low-intensity red pigment makes it more of an adjusting shade than a base colour: add it to another tint to correct the colour or introduce a subtle reddish undertone. In cream form, this tone settles softly and evenly on the hairs, leaving only a very subtle skin stain. Mix in a 1:1 ratio with a Noemi developer. Copper Mahogany Cream: a beautifully subtle mahogany undertone
In a colour palette, some shades are designed to tint, while others are used to refine. Copper Mahogany belongs to the second category. Its red pigment has a low intensity, allowing you to use small amounts to adjust a colour to closely match the client's hair. Used on its own, it creates a light mahogany shade with barely any skin stain.
The cream version is ideal for subtle colour corrections: the reddish undertone settles on the hairs and looks natural.
Three ways to use Copper Mahogany
- Create a strawberry blonde shade: 9 parts Golden Blond to 1 part Copper Mahogany.
- Warm up a brown or blonde tint: add a small amount to the mixture to introduce a reddish undertone to a shade that looks too cool or dull.
- Match brows and lashes to hair with reddish tones: used alone or blended, it helps harmonise brow and lash colour with the client's hair.
The benefits of the cream texture
Rich and flexible, the cream mixes easily with other Noemi tints, whether cream or gel. It coats each hair evenly, is comfortable to work with on sensitive skin and is also suitable for eyelash tinting. The formula contains extracts of aloe vera, olive, green tea and Lawsonia inermis (henna).
Results and longevity
The mahogany undertone is subtle rather than dominant: it warms the hair colour without transforming it. The colour lasts 5 to 6 weeks on the hairs. The subtle skin stain fades within 7 to 10 days, depending on skin type and aftercare.

On light lashes belonging to clients with reddish tones in their hair, Copper Mahogany adds a warm, subtle colour. Allow approximately 10 minutes of processing time, with the eyes closed and the eyelids and under-eye area protected.

This protocol applies to all Noemi tints (cream, gel and Lash Dye) and their developers. These products are intended for professional use only.

1. Before the Treatment
- Perform a sensitivity test before every tinting treatment.
- Choose the shade together with the client, taking into account their hair colour, undertones and desired result.
- Work on clean, dry hairs free from oily residue.
- For eyelashes: apply a protective cream to the eyelid skin, avoiding the lashes, then place a protective pad beneath the lower lashes.
2. Choosing the Developer

- Solution 6% is not recommended for eyebrows when using universal or dark shades, or immediately after a brow lift. Wait until the hairs have stabilised again.
- You can mix Crème Solution 3% and Solution 6% in equal parts to obtain an intermediate strength of 4.5%.
3. Preparing the Mixture
- Place the tint in a mixing dish, then add an equal amount of developer (1:1 mixing ratio). Mix until smooth and homogeneous.
- When combining several shades, mix the tints together first, then add an equal amount of developer.
- The resulting texture depends on the combination selected:

4. Application
- Eyebrows: apply the mixture within 3 to 5 minutes in a thin, even layer. With a gel tint, outline the brows first and then fill them in, or work hair by hair. A second layer can intensify sparse areas.
- Eyelashes: the client must keep their eyes closed throughout the treatment. Distribute the tint evenly along the entire length of the lashes within 3 to 5 minutes, avoiding contact with the eyes.
5. Processing Time
- Eyebrows: 10 to 15 minutes.
- Eyelashes: approximately 10 minutes with cream and gel tints, and 10 to 15 minutes with Lash Dye.
- The exact processing time depends on the shade, hair thickness and skin type. Check the colour regularly and remove the tint as soon as the desired intensity is achieved.
6. Removal and Finishing
- Rinse the tint thoroughly with water. When rinsing the eyelashes, the client must keep their eyes closed.
- For eyebrows, carry out any shape correction after tinting, not before.
Precautions for Use
- These products are intended for professional use only.
- A sensitivity test is mandatory before every tinting treatment.
- When tinting eyelashes, always work with the client's eyes closed and protect the eyelids and the area beneath the eyes.
- If tint enters the eye, or if significant discomfort or a burning sensation occurs, immediately rinse the eyes with plenty of water.
- After a brow lift, the hairs are softer and more sensitive. Prefer Gel Solution 3% and avoid Solution 6%.
- Close tubes and bottles tightly after each use.
