Damaged parcel?
Your package is shipped at your own risk (special care is taken for fragile objects). However, if your package arrives damaged, you must absolutely make precise reservations on the carrier's slip and refuse the merchandise if necessary. A vague mention like "subject to unpacking" has no legal value.
